The high performance multiformat 4 welds bag packaging machine allows fast and effortless changes at an excellent price.

This is the most suitable vertical packaging machine (VFFS) for making the most common sized bags on a single machine. By simply changing the former the following bags can be produced: pillow type, block bottom pillow type, block bottom quad seal, block bottom with 5 seals.

The Irta VX STD multiformat packaging machine (VFFS) is the natural evolution from our standard packaging machine. It widens the variety of formats by adding 4 and 5 seam block bottom bags and for this reason it is preferred by those industries which require that something extra in the presentation of their products.

FUNCTIONS OF THE PACKAGING MACHINE

Film feed

Automatic film feed by means of servo drive unwinding system. An electronically controlled linear unwinding system is applied tangentially to the reel.

Shaping/Forming

The configuration of the machine allows us to produce a wide range of sizes from 40mm to 350mm (bag width). It also permits the use of both round and rectangular formers with vertical, central or asymmetrical seams. Production of pillow type bags with central or side (invisible) seams.

Filling

When trying to optimize production, filling is one of the factors to take into consideration. Our system guarantees perfect synchronization between the dosage unit, the pull system (freefall/freeflow) and the jaw sealers taking into account the type of product and the type of seam which the plastic requires.

Sealing and cutting

A correct thermoseal, which ultimately determines the quality and impermeability of the package, depends on the length of time of the sealing, the compression of the jaws and the temperature used.
