In this respect we feel we have an edge over other competitors in that all our business is direct, straightforward, without middle-men or commission agents or any other kind of external company involved. We will run tests with your plastics, study which formats will best adapt to your needs and make any suggestions to steer you in the right direction. Our customer-supplier relationship does not come to an end when the machine is delivered, on the contrary, we offer periodic maintenance calls if you so wish; telephone assistance for minor malfunctions and dispatching technical staff in the event of more serious problems.
