Our packaging solutions at HISPACK 2024
We showcased our technology in the new edition of the fair that is held biannually in Barcelona and is an unavoidable reference for the entire packaging sector.
Once again, punctual to the appointment, we were present at HISPACK, whose new edition was held from 7th to 10th May at the Fira de Barcelona. There, in Hall 3, IRTA and COALZA had their own stand, where we had the pleasure of receiving customers, managers of companies interested in our packaging solutions, professionals in the packaging sector … a multitude of visits that we appreciate, and more than corresponded to the illusion put and the effort invested to attend for 3 days to this event.
We are talking about one of the most important fairs in the sector worldwide, and that every two years attracts thousands of visitors, including the most important international companies in the packaging ecosystem.
Thousands of professionals for whom HISPACK is a great opportunity to keep abreast of the latest technological trends in the field of packaging, exchange ideas and share the challenges facing the sector under their perception, and the best way to respond.
IRTA Group at HISPACK 2024
Together with our colleagues from COALZA, we had the opportunity to show in situ the operation of our respective machinery, solve technical questions that some visitors asked us, and even project how specific packaging solutions could be shaped, tailored to the requirements of specific production lines of different companies.
This demonstrated interest crystallized in the arrangement of several meetings, which we scheduled with several national and international companies.
IRTA VX STB DOYPACK at HISPACK 2024
The machine we took to show visitors how it worked was the IRTA VX STB DOYPACK, our flagship multiformat packaging machine, which stands out for its speed, flexibility and efficiency. Properties to which it adds manageability, given its compact design.
Thanks to the innovative technology it incorporates, it ensures maximum performance throughout the packaging process, combining quality and performance, which guarantees a quick return on investment.
We showed how you can alternate up to five different bag formats, including the most popular ones on the market, and we also explained to interested visitors the role that their expansion kits play in obtaining additional functionalities and increasing productivity even further.
Our colleagues from COALZA, for their part, brought their RS300 packaging machine, whose versatility makes it possible to pack a wide variety of products, from nuts to ice, with maximum guarantees of reliability and performance.
In addition, in the stand we shared, we also showed the operation of the Fanuc Food Piker Cell, a robot for picking and intelligent packaging, whose articulated arm is able to grasp the products and place them in the desired location with maximum precision.
